Defendant states that he "offered an interim compromise of confirming the dates of the employment of Mr. McGibney by Rosendin as well as his position at Rosendin but objecting to providing any information as to Mr. McGibney's compensation[.]" By Monday, September 28, 2026, Plaintiff shall provide a short letter not to exceed two double spaced pages explaining why he believes Defendant's compensation is discoverable under Rule 26.
