TEXT ORDER as to Iftekhar Latif Nieon: In light of the scheduled Plea Hearing before Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford (ECF No 36 ), the Status Conference before Hon. Mark W. Pedersen shall be adjourned until 8/17/2026 at 1:00 PM. Time will continue to be excluded in the interests of justice pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161 (h)(7)(A) until the adjourn date, for the reasons stated in open Court on 6/9/2026 (ECF 32 Minute Entry), as I find that the Defendant's and the public's interest in a speedy trial are outweighed by the Defendant's interest in having sufficient time to finalize plea negotiations with the Government. This appearance will be adjourned without further notice should the Plea Hearing take place, the Defendant plead guilty, and the District Judge accept the plea of guilty. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. TEXT ORDER as to Joel Rucci re ECF No. 37 TEXT ORDER granting 34 Motion to Modify Conditions of Release: As addressed in open court on 7/16/2026, the Court advised the parties that an appearance would take place on 8/4/2026 at 10:30 AM should U.S. Probation advised any noncompliance or violations had occurred on or before 7/31/2026. In light of U.S. Probation's representation that Defendant Joel Rucci has remained compliant with his modified conditions of release, and further in light of the undersigned issuing an order memorializing the modifications of conditions of release (ECF No. 40 ), the appearance on 8/4/2026 at 10:30 AM is hereby ADJOURNED.
