1 - Scheduling
ORDER: The Court adopts the case schedule proposed in the parties' Rule 26(f) Report in part and sets the following Discovery and Pretrial Scheduling Order. Pleadings may be amended before trial only with the opposing party's written consent or the Court's leave. Local Rule 26-7 initial discovery is due 21 days from June 25, 2026. The fact discovery deadline is April 23, 2027. Dispositive motions, if any, are due May 24, 2027. The Court will set oral argument on dispositive motions, if needed. The Joint ADR Report and is due 30 days after the Courts ruling on dispositive motions or, if none are filed, 30 days after the deadline for dispositive motions. Expert disclosures and the proposed Pretrial Order are due 60 days after the dispositive motion deadline, or if none are filed by July 23, 2027. The Court will set pretrial conference and trial dates after the filing of the parties proposed Pretrial Order. Ordered by Judge Michael W. Mosman. (kms)
