ORDER that Defendants' substitute counsel shall file an appearance with the Court no later than Friday, September 25, 2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must confer and submit a joint status report proposing revised discovery deadlines no later than Wednesday, October 7, 2026. The joint status report may include any other information that the parties deem helpful to the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting a status conference for Friday, October 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM. All counsel and Defendants Sean and Lucielle Bingham must appear. Counsel must appear in person. Defendants Sean and Lucielle Bingham may appear by video. Instructions to join by video will be provided in advance of the hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall refrain from moving for default judgment against Defendant Lift Deployment Services LLC until further order of this Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the stay of all deadlines previously imposed (Doc. 39 ), shall remain in effect until further order of this Court. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED directing the Clerk of Court to email a copy of this Order to Defendant Lift Deployment Services LLC's representatives atskbing@icloud.com and lubingham120@icloud.com.
