Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply/Answer
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Complaint. 11 . Therein, Defendants request that each of their deadlines to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint 1 be extended to August 19, 2026. 11 at 2. Defendants note that they are "reviewing all alleged violations and are working with Plaintiff's counsel to review and attempt to resolve these issues efficiently without the need for further litigation." Id. Further, Defendants note that the Parties agree the requested extension would "facilitate an expeditious resolution, if possible." Id. The Court finds there is good cause for the requested extensions, which align the Defendants' response deadlines. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Unopposed Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise advised of the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion 11 is GRANTED.
