Minute Order
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 7/8/2026.
This case was originally stayed pending the outcome of the appeal before the Court of Indian Appeals. In the 117 Joint Status Report filed by Plaintiffs and Federal Defendants, the parties inform the Court that the appeal has reached a result but request that the stay nevertheless continue because Plaintiffs and Federal Defendants have been discussing a potential resolution of this case without further litigation. Therefore, for good cause appearing, this case will remain stayed pending the resolution discussions. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all parties in this action (Plaintiffs, Federal Defendants, and Defendant McDade) must file a Joint Status Report every 60 days, beginning on September 8, 2026, apprising the Court on the status of their resolution discussions and whether the stay should continue.
Status Report
