Plaintiffs raised a discovery dispute related to a subpoena duces tecum served on third-party Tri-City Medical Group ("Tri-City"). Following discussions with the Court, Tri-City confirmed it has no responsive information and agreed to provide a written response to this effect by October 9, 2026. Therefore, by no later than October 9, 2026, Tri-City SHALL serve a supplemental response to the subpoena at issue confirming it has no responsive information.
