The Court reminds the parties that the requirements set forth in the previous Notice and Order setting the ENE and CMC remain in place. (See Dkt. 11) Counsel for Defendant shall submit the required documents found in Dkt. 11, paragraphs 4-5 by no later than October 9, 2026. Counsel for Plaintiff need not resubmit their documents.
