TEXT ORDER: Before the Court is plaintiff's letter dated 9/30/26 (Dkt. 49 ) seeking clarification regarding the Court's 9/29/26 Text Order (Dkt. 48 ) directing defendants to produce outstanding discovery to plaintiff. The Court reads defendants' 9/28/26 letter (Dkt. 47 ) as an agreement by defendants to make productions in a good faith effort to remedy all of the discovery deficiencies identified by plaintiff in his 9/17/26 dispute letter (Dkt. 43 ), not just those limited to IA files and other materials from the City of Trenton. If that is not the case, defendants shall file a letter via CM/ECF clarifying their position on plaintiff's dispute letter forthwith. Otherwise, and as previously directed, defendants shall make their productions by 10/28/26, and if any deficiencies remain that cannot be resolved without Court intervention, the parties shall file a dispute letter in advance of the telephone status conference set for 11/12/26 pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Court's case management order.
