Re: 8 Stipulated Discovery Plan.
The parties seek special scheduling review in their discovery plan because they request a longer discovery period than that contemplated by LR 26-1(b)(1). However, the parties do not provide a statement of the reasons why longer or different time periods should apply as required by LR 26-1(a). So, the Court DENIES the discovery plan without prejudice. The parties must file a renewed plan on or before September 2, 2026.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
