TEXT ORDER: The parties' 12 Joint Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), a scheduling order "may be modified only for good cause and with the judge's consent." The parties explain that more time to complete discovery is needed, based on the volume of subpoena responses and difficulty scheduling depositions. The Court thus finds good cause for the extension. Accordingly, the close of fact discovery is now September 28, 2026; the deadline for disclosure of Plaintiff's experts and expert reports is now October 27, 2026; Plaintiff's experts must be deposed by November 30, 2026; the deadline for disclosure of Defendant's experts and expert reports is now December 28, 2026. The remaining deadlines--including the March 14, 2027 dispositive motion deadline--set forth in the Court's April 22, 2026 Text Order remain in place. Entered by Magistrate Judge Ronald L.
