EO: In light of [ECF 54 ] Sixth Supplemental Joint Status Report of the Parties, the Court EXTENDS the administrative closure of this matter from 12/31/2026 to 6/1/2027.This extension will permit the parties to further explore settlement through mediation scheduled for 8/24/2026 with Mediator Kale Feldman, and if mediation fails, then an arbitration scheduled for 10/1/2026 with Arbitrator Sidney Ayabe. If the case resolves, parties to submit a stipulation to dismiss to Watson_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov with a courtesy copy to Trader_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov within 30 days of settlement but by no later than 5/11/2027.Joint status reports shall be due 12/1/2026 and 5/11/2027.The Telephone Conference scheduled for 12/17/2025 is CONTINUED to 5/25/2027 at 9:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader.
