MINUTES of Proceedings: Hearing held before before Magistrate Judge Stacie F. Beckerman by telephone on 9/30/2026. ORDER: The deposition of Dr. Warren Roberts shall take place on January 5-6, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. at Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice, LLC, 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2020, Portland, Oregon 97205, for up to seven hours per day. This is a firm date and the Court will not allow the date to be rescheduled absent extraordinary events beyond the parties' control. U.S. Magistrate Judge Youlee You (503-326-8390) will address via telephone any disputes that may arise during the two-day deposition. U.S. Magistrate Judge Stacie Beckerman will resolve any deposition-related discovery disputes that arise prior to the deposition. Counsel for Plaintiffs and the State Defendants shall continue to confer regarding their pending privilege log disputes until October 9, 2026. To the extent they are unable to resolve any disputes, those parties shall submit a summary of any remaining disputes to Judge Beckerman via email (SBpropdoc@ord.uscourts.gov) by 5:00 p.m. on October 13, 2026.
