TEXT ORDER: On March 24, 2020, the Court denied Plaintiffs' 24 Motion to Amend/Correct 8 Scheduling Order. The basis for the motion was that Defendants' deficient discovery responses effectively prevented Plaintiffs from being able to identify an expert. See ECF No. 24 . Because the expert identification deadline sought to be extended had already passed, and Plaintiffs did not establish good cause, the motion was denied. ECF No. 31 . On April 1, 2020, Plaintiffs filed a 32 Motion for Reconsideration and a renewed 33 Motion to Amend/Correct. After careful consideration, the Court finds good cause to extend deadlines that expired while the parties awaited rulings on Plaintiffs' 19 Motion to Compel and 24 Motion to Amend/Correct. Plaintiffs' 33 Motion to Amend/Correct is therefore GRANTED and Plaintiffs' 32 Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED as moot. An appropriate amended scheduling order is forthcoming.
