Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1447(c), the First Petition and the Second Petition are REMANDED to the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, Case No. 22STCV25236, and all further proceedings on the Petitions shall be conducted in that court. This Order does not remand the civil action, which remains before this Court. (iv)
