   TEXT ORDER: The parties' 29 Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), a scheduling order "may be modified only for good cause and with the judge's consent." The parties explain that they have experienced difficulty scheduling depositions, and the Court finds good cause for an extension. The Court notes, however, that the parties' motion proposes a July 10, 2027 deadline to file dispositive motions. But the current deadline is July 12, 2027. The Court therefore assumes that the parties do not wish to shorten the time to file dispositive motions. Accordingly, the close of fact discovery is now October 2, 2026; the close of all discovery is July 10, 2027; and dispositive motions are due July 12, 2027. The Court further ADOPTs the expert-discovery deadlines set forth on page 3 of the parties' 29 motion.
