MINUTE entry before the Honorable Daniel P. McLaughlin: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report 61 . The parties report that they have concluded written discovery and are concluding party depositions. The parties request that the Court amend the discovery schedule to allow for the depositions of eight newly disclosed witnesses plus corporate representative depositions and likewise reset expert disclosure deadlines. The parties are to file an agreed proposed schedule for the completion of such discovery by 12:00 p.m. on 9/10/26. The parties state that they are agreeable to a settlement conference. The Court directs counsel for the parties to meet regarding settlement via videoconferencing. After this meeting, the parties are to file a joint status report by 9/16/26 confirming that (1) settlement figures have been exchanged (demand and offer), (2) the parties remain interested in participating in a settlement conference, and (3) the parties have reason to believe a settlement conference will lead to a resolution of this matter. If these requirements are met, the parties should also specify whether they would like the settlement conference to be conducted remotely or in-person. Mailed notice(maf) (Entered: 09/09/2026)
