   TEXT ORDER: The parties' 97 Joint Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), a scheduling order "may be modified only for good cause and with the judges consent." The parties explain that the recent dismissal of several parties to this case has clarified the information necessary to complete discovery. The Court thus finds good cause for the requested extension. Accordingly, the Court adopts the deadlines proposed in the parties' 97 Motion, except for the final pretrial conference and jury trial dates. The new deadlines are as follows: (1) depositions must be completed by October 30, 2026; (2) disclosure of Plaintiff's experts due December 4, 2026; (3) Deposition of Plaintiff's experts must be completed by January 15, 2027; (4) disclosure of Defendant's experts due February 26, 2027; (5) deposition of Defendant's experts must be completed by April 9, 2027; (6) all discovery must be completed by May 21, 2027; and (7) dispositive Motions due June 11, 2027. In addition, the Final Pretrial Conference is set for September 15, 2027, at 11:00 AM, and the Jury Trial is set for November 1, 2027, at 8:45 AM, BOTH in Courtroom B before Judge Michael M. Mihm.
