ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 8/18/2026. This matter is before the court pursuant to the parties' 128 Status Report. The court finds good cause to amend the scheduling order as follows:
Each side shall be permitted an ADDITIONAL interrogatories, including discrete subparts, 5 Requests for Production, and 5 Requests for Admission. Further, with regard to additional depositions, each side shall be permitted 10 hours of on-the-record time to be distributed among deponents at the parties' discretion.
The scheduling order deadlines are amended as follows:
Deadline for service of written discovery: 10/16/2026Discovery cut-off: 11/16/2026Dispositive Motions: 12/31/2026
A Final Pretrial Conference is set for March 23, 2027, at 9:30 a.m., before Magistrate Judge Susan Prose. Parties wishing to attend in person may appear in Courtroom A-502, on the fifth floor of the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. Parties wishing to attend via teleconference shall attend by calling 571-353-2301, Guest meeting ID- 868150043. All telephonic attendees are requested to mute their phones when not speaking, as well as avoid speakerphone and Bluetooth connections.
The parties' proposed pretrial order shall be filed through CM/ECF, and a courtesy copy of the proposed order in a Word format shall be sent by email to Prose_Chambers@cod.uscourts.gov, by March 13, 2027.
