Scheduling Order
ORDER. As discussed on the record, in light of Plaintiff's recent change of counsel and the health issues experienced by Plaintiff's new counsel, as well as the challenges posed by the size of the case's file, which new counsel is reviewing, the Court permits supplemental discovery. Initial expert disclosures must be served by 8/28/2026, initial expert reports by 10/2/2026, and rebuttal expert reports by 11/6/2026. A joint discovery status letter is due to the Court on or before 11/12/2026. The status letter must include whether the parties request a referral to the Court-annexed mediation program. The parties may request a referral to the program at any time by filing a joint letter on ECF.
Expert discovery closes on 12/11/2026. By the same date, the parties must file a joint letter certifying the close of all discovery. The parties are referred to the the Individual Rules of the District Judge for the dates following the close of discovery.
