MINUTE ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher D. Baker on 07/28/2026: On 7/28/2026 at 9:30 AM, the Court convened for scheduling conference. In advance of the scheduling conference, the undersigned's courtroom deputy forwarded Zoom connection information to all counsel of record. Counsel for third-party defendant Trusaic First Capitol Consulting, Inc. ("Trusaic") failed to timely appear, prompting the Court to delay commencing the scheduling conference to 9:35AM. When counsel still had failed to appear, the Court commenced the scheduling conference. Although counsel later attempted to gain access to the Zoom lobby, the scheduling conference already was underway and admitting counsel belatedly would have interrupted proceedings. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that counsel for Trusaic shall show cause in writing no later than 7/30/2026 why sanctions should not be imposed for failure to comply with the Court's orders and timely appear for the scheduling conference. Failure to timely comply with this order will result in the imposition of sanctions. (Deputy Clerk CRB)
