Proceedings: The Court addressed the parties' Joint Discovery Status Report, ECF No. 152 .
Plaintiffs and Defendants dispute the method for completing and serving Plaintiff Fact Sheets. The dispute entails whether the method should involve an electronic database or some other means, how the information should be populated, and at what cost. The Court directed the parties to continue to meet and confer to reach an agreement on the completion and submission of Fact Sheets. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, they shall file a Joint Discovery Letter no later than September 8, 2026, following the procedures set forth in Judge Cisneros's Civil Standing Order, coupled with the coordinating measures that the parties agreed upon in their March 31, 2026 Joint Status Report addressing a proposed protocol for resolving discovery disputes, ECF No. 139 .
The parties shall appear for the next Discovery Status Conference on September 15, 2026 at 2:30 pm via Zoom, and if a discovery letter concerning the method for Fact Sheet completion and submission is pending, the parties shall be prepared to argue the dispute. The parties' Joint Status Report shall be due on September 8, 2026.
