Order Directing Compliance
ENDORSED ORDER discharging show cause (Doc. 59). In light of Defendant's recently filed status report regarding its active bankruptcy case (Doc. 60), this case is to remain STAYED. Accordingly, on or before December 29, 2026, and every ninety (90) days thereafter, Defendant is directed to continue to provide the Court with a timely status report regarding its bankruptcy case. Defendant must also notify the Court within seven (7) days of the bankruptcy proceedings concluding. That said, during this time--and for the Court's own case management purposes only--the case will be administratively closed. After the conclusion of the bankruptcy proceedings and when the stay is lifted, the Court will administratively reopen the case. The Clerk is DIRECTED to continue the STAY and administratively close the case during this period. Signed by Magistrate Judge Kevin R. Huguelet on 10/1/2026. (KDM)
