ORDER granting 43 Letter Motion. Plaintiff's request for an extension is GRANTED. By no later than Wednesday, July 8, 2026, Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a letter indicating whether Plaintiff will seek leave to further amend the Complaint or will stand by its Second Amended Complaint. If Plaintiff intends to move to amend, Plaintiff must file its motion by no later than Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
