The Action is hereby stayed until further order of the Court and all pending deadlines for the Parties, including the deadline for Defendants to respond to the Second Amended Complaint, are hereby vacated. 2. The Parties shall file a joint Status Report re Settlement by no later than January 15, 2027, if a dismissal with prejudice of the entire action is not filed by that date. (lom)
Extending Answer Due Deadline
ORDER FURTHER EXTENDING CITY OF LOS ANGELES' TIME TO RESPOND TO SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT 37 by Judge Wesley L. Hsu. The Court ORDERS as follows: 1. The deadline for Defendants to respond to Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 34) is extended to September 18, 2026. 2. Should Defendants file a motion to dismiss in response to the Second Amended Complaint, then Defendants shall schedule the hearing to be held on or after November 20, 2026. 3. Plaintiff's opposition to Defendants' motion to dismiss shall be due by October 7, 2026. 4. Defendants' reply to Plaintiff's opposition shall be due by October 16, 2026. (lom)
