Order on Motion to Stay
MINUTE ORDER: In the 117 Emergency Motion for Stay of Proceedings, Plaintiff requests the Court to stay all deadlines until October 28, 2026, due to health concerns and outstanding third-party subpoenas. The 117 Motion is GRANTED IN PART. Plaintiff may file her proposed tampering motion by October 28, 2026. Likewise, and to make matters as easy as possible for Plaintiff, her deadline to respond to the forthcoming Motion for Summary Judgment is also extended through October 28, 2026. The Court notes however, that it has already accounted for the medical issues Plaintiff mentions in the 117 Motion by previously extending Plaintiff's deadlines. See Doc. No. 110 (giving Plaintiff 60 days to respond to Defendants motion for summary judgment). Accordingly, a stay is not in order, and no further extensions shall be granted. By Magistrate Judge Maritza Dominguez Braswell on 8/13/2026. For all non-e-filer pro se parties, a copy of this document has been sent via U.S. Mail to the mailing address of record.
