Order on Motion to Remand to State Court
ORDER granting 65 Second Motion to Remand to State Court. For the reasons described in the attached ruling, the state law claims brought in Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint are not preempted by § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, such that there is federal jurisdiction over this action. The Court therefore lacks jurisdiction over this case and grants Plaintiff's motion for remand. The Court does not rule on Defendants' motions to dismiss, which must be adjudicated by the Connecticut Superior Court.
