TEXT ORDER: The Court finds it concerning that most of the schedules and deadlines as set by the Court have expired long before the parties now seek extensions. All expert disclosure deadlines expired in March through May of 2026. See Text Order 43 . Mandatory Mediation deadline expired on 5/29/2026. See Text Order 43 . All Discovery deadline, including depositions, expired on 6/5/2026. See Text Order 43 . In their Letter Motion 49 filed on 6/18/2026, the parties now seek to extend deadlines that have expired, and only after the Court reminded them to file an entry on docket as to the result of mediation. The parties are advised and cautioned that any motions to extend any deadlines must be filed well before expiration of such deadline. The Court will extend these deadlines this one time as a courtesy to the parties. The deadlines and schedules are extended as follows: (1) all Discovery, including all depositions, shall be completed by 10/20/2026; (2) Plaintiff expert disclosures are due by 8/17/2026; (3) Defendants' expert disclosures are due by 9/17/2026; (4) rebuttal expert disclosures are due by 10/16/2026; (5) Dispositive motions shall be filed by 10/30/2026; and (6) Mandatory Mediation shall be completed by 9/17/2026. The parties are directed to file detailed status reports by 7/24/2026. These schedules and deadlines will not be extended any further without good cause.
