ORDER re 141 Letter -- Plaintiffs' eleventh hour request to adjourn the June 10, 2026, Pretrial Conference from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm the same day is denied. The Pretrial Conference has been scheduled since May 6, 2026, and Plaintiffs' counsel's only explanation for the belated request is that he "recently learned of a previously scheduled obligation." See, Dkt. Entry No. 141. Plaintiffs' counsel does not explain, however, what the obligation is or why he only just learned of it three days before the Pretrial Conference. It is incumbent upon counsel of record to identify and notify the Court well in advance of any conflicts with scheduled proceedings. The Pretrial Conference previously scheduled for June 10, 2026, at 12:00 pm is hereby adjourned to July 15, 2026 at 2:30 PM in courtroom 4 A South. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 6/8/2026. (CC)
