In preparation for the Mandatory Settlement Conference scheduled for December 8, 2026, the Court will speak privately with counsel for each side on December 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (Plaintiff), 1:30 p.m. (Comenity Capital Bank) and 2:00 p.m. (Midland Credit Management, Inc.). At the designated time, each party shall call chambers at 619.837.6526. All parties must comply with Judge Leshner's Mandatory Settlement Conference Procedures, which are available on the Court's website.
