PAPERLESS ORDER striking 42 Joint Notice of Settlement and setting deadlines. The Local Rules state that a notice of settlement "shall be filed and served jointly by counsel for all parties to the settlement." See S.D. Fla. L.R. 16.4. The Notice is signed by counsel for Plaintiff and by counsel for Defendants, but counsel for Defendants has not made an appearance on the record, and no attorney is authorized to practice before this Court absent admission to this Court's bar or pro hac vice admission. See Rule 4 of S.D. Fla. Rules Governing the Admission, Practice, Peer Review, and Discipline of Attorneys. Accordingly, on or before August 28, 2026, Plaintiff may file a notice of voluntary dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i). See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Alternatively, counsel eligible to practice in this district shall enter a notice of appearance on behalf of Defendants or file a proper pro hac vice motion in accordance with Rule 4 of the Local Rules Governing the Admission, Practice, Peer Review, and Discipline of Attorneys, https://www.flsd.uscourts.gov/pro-hac-vice-appearance, and the parties shall file a joint stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
