MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for Chief Magistrate Judge Carolyn K. Delaney on 9/30/2026: Defendants filed a 400 Motion for a Protective Order concerning third-party subpoenas on 10/25/2024. Pursuant to the court's orders, the parties filed updated Joint Statements on the status of that motion on 9/23/2025, and 11/21/2025. Pursuant to the court's further order, on 1/23/2026, the parties filed a 469 Joint Status Report indicating they had made progress resolving the issues in the 10/25/2024 Motion for Protective Order and were continuing to meet and confer regarding all deadlines for remaining discovery to be accomplished. On 8/6/2026, with one day remaining for the parties to conduct fact discovery, the court stayed discovery with no modification to the scope of permissible discovery. No further communications have been received from the parties regarding any remaining issues in the 10/25/2024, Motion for a Protective Order.
