IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The net settlement amount of $78,517.00 for L.L. is approved; The net settlement of $64,247.00 for D.L. is approved; and Petitioner Helen Langley shall deposit the net settlement amounts into separate custodial accounts for each respective minor, pursuant to California's Uniform Transfers to Minors Act; and The custodial accounts are to be opened and custodied at Charles Schwab, with Helen Langley as the custodian; and Helen Langley is to comply with the custodial duties as required by California's Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.
