MINUTES OF DEFENDANT'S COUNSEL'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL OF RECORD 49 held before Judge John W. Holcomb. Counsel state their appearances. The Court confers with counsel and hears oral argument. For the reasons stated on the record, the Court hereby ORDERS as follows: The parties, and each of them, are DIRECTED to file no later than August 28, 2026, their respective Disclosure Statements pursuant to Rule 7.1(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The motion of attorneys Larissa A. Branes and Tate C. Casey of LS Carlson Law, PCcounsel of record for Defendant G3 Business Services LLCto withdraw as counsel of record [ECF No. 49] is provisionally GRANTED. Defendant G3 Business Services LLC is DIRECTED to engage new counsel and to cause such new counsel to file a Notice of Appearance no later than September 4, 2026. If Defendant G3 Business Services LLC fails to comply with Paragraph 3 above, then the Court will STRIKE its Answer [ECF No. 26 ]. The deadline for Defendant Laurice El Badry Rahme Ltd. to file a response to the Second Amended Complaint is EXTENDED to August 28, 2026.
