TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed the September 3, 2026, status report (D.E. 52 ). Although the parties note certain disagreements, the status report shows progress on multiple issues. For example, it appears that Plaintiff has withdrawn its demand for joint and several liability. The main dispute is now over Plaintiff's request regarding the placement of settlement funds into attorney escrow.
