FINAL JUDGMENT: It is ORDERED that based on the trial and the Court's findings of fact and conclusions of law the then Minor children are entitled to the proceeds in the Registry of Court. Samantha Sanford is not entitled to any of the proceeds. The Court approves the disbursement of funds to pay for the attorney's fees. Each party shall bear its own fees and costs. Box 2018 Rockwall, Texas 75087 in the amount of $10,242.98; and Leo Contreras c/o Saffarini Hardesty, PLLC P.O. Box 2018 Rockwall, Texas 75087 in the amount of $20,489.03, plus any interest. The remaining funds for minor child E.C. shall remain in the Registry of the Court. This case is closed. The Court shall reopen this action to distribute funds at such time as the minor E.C. has reached his 18th birthday and files a new motion to distribute funds. A separate final judgment shall follow.
