Plaintiffs are ordered to produce the documents Euna CFO, Rob Crocker, used to prepare Plaintiffs' Response to Interrogatory Number 5 claiming $20 million in damages, including the documents Louis von Guionneau provided to Crocker regarding win rate, as well as the Crocker-von Guionneau communications that formed the damages amount. Plaintiffs also are ordered to produce income statements supplied by Mariana Ballve that support Euna/CityBase's profit margin damages calculations. Pittsfield Dev., LLC v.
