Order on Motion to Stay
ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is Plaintiff Revive RX, LLC ("Revive") and Defendant Reed Hoelscher's Joint Notice of Impending Settlement and Motion to Stay All Deadlines (the "Joint Motion") (Doc. No. 165). Revive and Reed Hoelscher state that they are "at an advanced stage of finalizing the material terms of a resolution to this litigation." Doc. No. 165 at 1. In light of that, Revive and Reed Hoelscher "request that the Court stay all pending deadlines and defer ruling on all pending motions filed by any of the Parties for thirty [] days[.]" Id.
Having carefully considered the foregoing, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion. The Court hereby STAYS the deadlines in this matter pending the parties' settlement discussions. The parties are further ORDERED to file a joint status report updating the Court on their settlement discussions within 30 days of the date of this Order. The Court will reevaluate after receipt of the parties' joint status report.
