On July 8, 2026, Plaintiff's counsel filed a declaration explaining that the settlement had been finalized and a stipulation for dismissal would be filed upon receipt of the settlement proceeds. (Dkt. No. 25). The Court VACATES the OSC issued on July 7, 2026, and orders the parties to file - no later than August 7, 2026 - a stipulation for dismissal. Failure to comply with this Order will result in the dismissal of this case. (hr)
