In light of the court's recent 32 Memorandum Decision resolving Defendant's motion to dismiss, the court DENIES as moot Plaintiff's Motion for Status Conference or, in the alternative, Motion to Require the Rule 26(f) Process (ECF 20). Cases involving pro se parties are generally exempt from the scheduling conference requirements under Rule 16. The court therefore directs Defendants to file a proposed scheduling order no later than October 16, 2026.
