The status report should also address the timing and preferred approach for a settlement conference to be conducted in this matter. If a settlement is reached, counsel must promptly notify the Courtroom Deputy (Clay_Chambers@ohnd.uscourts.gov) and thereafter timely submit a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice.
