Order on Motion to Alter Judgment
MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiff moves under Rule 59(e) to alter or amend the Court's prior Minute Order. ECF No. 127. That Minute Order denied Plaintiff's Rule 60 motion for "rehashing identical arguments" that the Court had already rejected. Minute Order of March 30, 2026. Plaintiff's Rule 59(e) motion fails for the same reason. Plaintiff asserts that a prior state court order amounted to "fraud," id. at 8-9, 11, but the Court has already rejected Plaintiff's fraud-on-the-court argument repeatedly, and Plaintiff provides no legally relevant reason to question that conclusion. See ECF No. 120; Minute Order of March 30, 2026; Minute Order of December 3, 2025. Thus, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's 127 Motion to Alter or Amend is DENIED. Signed by Judge Timothy J. Kelly on 5/4/2026. (lctjk3)
