TEXT ORDER: AND NOW, this 23rd day of June, 2024, as fully set forth at the telephonic motion hearing held this same date, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to compel Defendants Hamid Alattas and Falls Creek Powdered Metals, Inc.'s Responses to Plaintiff's Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents, ECF No. 43 , is GRANTED insofar as counsel of Defendants is directed to provide to Plaintiff's counsel, by 5:00 pm today, Information of any work that Defendants performed for any of Plaintiff's current or former clients. If the information is not received by that time, the mediation scheduled for June 24, 2026, may be rescheduled to a future date, with notice of the same to be filed with the Court.
