STIPULATION OF DISCONTINUANCE: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the attorneys for the plaintiff and the attorneys for the defendant, incorrectly s/h/a "Viad Corporation, f/k/a The Dial Corporation, sued individually and as successor-in-interest to Griscom-Russell Company" (hereinafter Viad Corp."), that, whereas no party hereto is an infant or incompetent person for whom a committee or conservatee has been appointed and no person not a party has an interest in the subject matter of the action, the above action be, and the same hereby is discontinued as against Viad, with prejudice and without costs to either party as against the other. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that upon notice to all co-defendants, all claims and cross-claims as to Viad, only, are dismissed with prejudice, without costs to either party as against the other.
