ORDER. The parties shall only file under the low case number, 3:20cv5943, and shall no longer file in the individual cases (including Case No. 3:21cv2122), so long as this action remains consolidated. The Clerk shall adjust the "short title" of the consolidated case to read "In re Palafox Marina Hurricane Sally Litigation," and the parties shall use the case style reflected above on all future filings. The Clerk shall ensure that all remaining parties and counsel from the individual cases are listed on the docket of the consolidated case. The consolidated action shall be governed by the Scheduling and Mediation Order (Doc. 61 in Case No. 3:20cv5943), as modified by the most recent Order Extending Deadlines (Doc. 211 in Case No. 3:21cv2122). The Clerk shall post a copy of the Order Extending Deadlines (Doc. 211 in Case No. 3:21cv2122) in the consolidated case as a new document.
