ELECTRONIC ORDER Staying and Administratively Closing Case.
This case was reassigned to this Court from Judge Alan Albright. Doc. No. 106. In light of the pending motions to dismiss (Doc. Nos. 82, 83, 84 & 85) and the undersigned's need to get up to speed on this matter, the Court hereby STAYS this case and the pending motions. The Court also ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSES this matter. To be clear, the motions to dismiss REMAIN PENDING.
There is no reason at this time to maintain the file as open for statistical purposes. The Clerk is, therefore, instructed to submit a JS-6 form to the Administrative Office, thereby removing this case from the statistical records. Nothing in this Order shall be considered a dismissal or disposition of this case. Once the undersigned has decided it is appropriate to do so, the Court will lift the stay and reopen this case by separate order. At that time, this matter will proceed in the same manner as if this Order had not been entered.
