Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER:The Court requested, received, and has reviewed the parties' proposed scheduling for the completion of fact discovery. Plaintiffs did not submit a schedule, instead arguing that a schedule cannot be set until Defendants' production of spreadsheets that the Court ordered be produced. (Dkt. 440.) Plaintiffs further maintain that Defendants spoliated certain spreadsheets (beyond the thousands previously produced) and IM messages, and produced "forged" spreadsheets. (Id.) Whether Defendants did so can be explored during discovery, including depositions. But discovery shall proceed. Accordingly, the Court adopts Defendants' proposed schedule (see Dkt. 436) as modified below and supplemented with dates for expert discovery: as further set forth in this Order. Deposition due by 1/21/2027. Fact Discovery due by 3/11/2027. Expert Discovery due by 6/30/2027. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Robert W. Lehrburger on 7/6/2026) (sgz)
