REMARK: On July 1, 2026 Plaintiff filed a"Motion to Submit and Request for Court Consideration Regarding Docket 83." At this time, the court declines Plaintiffs request to reopen or otherwise reconsider the filings associated with docket entry 83. Docket 83 reflects decisions reached by the court at the May 20, 2026 hearing, at which Plaintiff was in attendance. The operative complaint is on the docket 95 and the parties are currently engaged in briefing on Defendants motion to dismiss 107. Amended pleadings are not accepted at this time. per chambers instructions. Additionally, none of the individuals for whom Plaintiff seeks to serve summonses are named as Defendants in the operative pleading.
