Minutes of proceedings [non-document]: On June 17, 2026, Magistrate Judge Reuben J. Sheperd held a telephone status conference to set a date for mediation. In attendance were: Ryan Neumeyer for the Plaintiff; Rhiannon Herbert for Defendant Stewart; Aretta Bernard for Defendant Dyco Forest Products, LLC. The parties discussed issues pertaining to mediation and set a tentative mediation date of August 28, 2026; Magistrate Judge Sheperd's Courtroom Deputy will contact the parties to confirm the date and schedule ex parte calls.
