Minute Order _ Discovery Conference
Minutes and Order: The Court held a status conference by Zoom on August 19, 2026 to address a discovery dispute between Plaintiff Oakmoor Pallet, LLC and Defendant Dyco Forest Products, LLC ("Dyco"). Ryan Neumeyer and Katelyn Montgomery appeared for Plaintiff. Aretta Bernard appeared for Defendant Dyco. Counsel discussed their respective views of the two discovery disputes. Based on that discussion, the Court ORDERS Defendant Dyco to produce the requested information with an attorneys'-eyes-only designation. Further, the Court ORDERS Defendant Dyco to produce the requested emails and, upon completing that search and production, to file a certification that it produced all the requested emails in its custody or control.
