MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 25 MOTION to Dismiss . filed by Veea Inc., 28 MOTION for Leave to File First Amended Complaint . filed by Fractal Networks LLC.For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs motion for leave t o file a First Amended Complaint, Dkt. 28, is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file its First Amended Complaint and accompanying amended claim chart by August 18, 2026. Because the First Amended Complaint supersedes the original Complaint and no longer ass erts Count 2 or any claim arising from the 399 Patent, Defendants Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings as to Count 2, Dkt. 25, is DENIED as moot. Defendants request for attorneys fees and costs is DENIED without prejudice to renewal at a l ater time should the requirements for such relief be satisfied.
